No, your private data is not used to improve or train our AI models. We use separate, anonymized datasets for training. Your interactions are only processed to provide responses in real-time. We also utilize highly trained professionals to review responses and improve them based on scientifically proven principles.

Because privacy is critical in order for users to feel comfortable using the tool, BlueThread does not provide subscriptions to companies. Rather, individuals and companies can by bundled access codes to distribute to their team members who can then set up their personal subscription accounts using their personal email addresses for log in. Companies or other providers of access codes do not have access to the account information, usage, or otherwise of those to whom they provide access codes.

BlueThread is designed to offer helpful and well-informed suggestions based on patterns in language and communication best practices. However, it is not perfect and may not always fully understand every nuance of your context. We recommend using it as a guide and always exercising your judgment, especially for sensitive situations.

BlueThread is meant to complement, not replace, human expertise. It can assist with communication strategies, provide feedback, or help improve messaging, but human interaction offers emotional intelligence and context that AI cannot fully replicate. This tool is designed to help people be at their best with one another—not to replace people or relationships.

All data transmitted to and from our servers is encrypted using industry-standard protocols. Additionally, your session data is not accessible by any unauthorized personnel, ensuring that your communication remains confidential. Data that is analyzed in the ongoing development to improve the tool is anonymous and not associated with personal accounts.

While we strive for accuracy, AI is not infallible. If it generates advice that seems off or incorrect to you, we encourage you to refine your input to get a more helpful response and also to provide feedback within the app. We continually refine our models based on user feedback to improve the quality of responses.

Yes! Our AI supports multiple languages, but the quality of advice may vary based on the language. Some features may be more advanced in English, but we are actively working to improve support for other languages.

Yes! We offer customization options where you can provide more information about yourself, your situation and the people you are communicating with. This allows the AI to tailor its advice to match your unique communication needs and style, your organizational values, and more.

BlueThread.AI draws its name from the symbolism and significance of the color blue and the concepts of connection and coherence. 

At the end of your free trial, you will be invited to subscribe and may have the option to give others access to subscriptions by virtue of your participation in a pilot.  After your initial paid subscription period concludes, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged for a subscription of the same length as your original one, on a monthly, annual, or quarterly basis (depending on the billing option you choose) unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time prior to the renewal at bluethread.ai/settings.

Yes. You can upgrade or cancel anytime from your settings page. When you cancel, your auto-renew will terminate at the end of your current billing cycle. If you have been part of a group pilot with a discounted rate and a special plan, you will lose the special rate and may lose access to the unique plan for that group but you will be eligible to resubscribe at any time to another BlueThread.Ai service plan at the regular rate. 

We offer the option of monthly billing or annual billing. Our pilot programs often run on 3-mo. and 6-mo. cycles.  Depending on what option you choose, your membership will be renewed at the end of each month or each year (or special billing period). If you choose to pay annually, you could save up to 25% compared to paying monthly.

BlueThread.Ai does not offer refunds as costs incurred for creating AI models and generating AI outputs are high compared to the rates we offer. During sign up you agree to withhold your right to refund for this reason. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

Employers find tools like BlueThread.Ai so valuable that they’ll often pay for their employees’ memberships. After your purchase, you’ll receive the receipt in your email that you can use to file an expense report.  Alternatively, you can suggest that your company purchase a group subscriptions at a discounted organizational rate.  Organizations can tailor the platform to align with their special needs and goals to support collaboration at work and well-being in general of their teams.
