Is my personal data kept private?

We take your privacy seriously. All communication data shared with BlueThread is encrypted in transit and handled according to strict data protection policies. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties without your explicit consent. Additionally, only the minimum amount of data needed for functionality is retained. Our platform is fully hosted in the U.S. ensuring data security and compliance with local regulations.

Will my personal information or messages be used to train AI?

No, your private data is not used to improve or train our AI models. We use separate, anonymized datasets for training. Your interactions are only processed to provide responses in real-time. We also utilize highly trained professionals to review responses and improve them based on scientifically proven principles.

How accurate and reliable is the advice provided by BlueThread?

BlueThread is designed to offer helpful and well-informed suggestions based on patterns in language and communication best practices. However, it is not perfect and may not always fully understand every nuance of your context. We recommend using it as a guide and always exercising your judgment, especially for sensitive situations.

Can BlueThread replace human advisors or coaches?

BlueThread is meant to complement, not replace, human expertise. It can assist with communication strategies, provide feedback, or help improve messaging, but human interaction offers emotional intelligence and context that AI cannot fully replicate. This tool is designed to help people be at their best with one another—not to replace people or relationships.

How secure are the messages I work on with BlueThread?

All data transmitted to and from our servers is encrypted using industry-standard protocols. Additionally, your session data is not accessible by any unauthorized personnel, ensuring that your communication remains confidential. Data that is analyzed in the ongoing development to improve the tool is anonymous and not associated with personal accounts.

What happens if BlueThread gives incorrect advice?

While we strive for accuracy, AI is not infallible. If it generates advice that seems off or incorrect to you, we encourage you to refine your input to get a more helpful response and also to provide feedback within the app. We continually refine our models based on user feedback to improve the quality of responses.

Does the AI work for non-English languages?

Yes! Our AI supports multiple languages, but the quality of advice may vary based on the language. Some features may be more advanced in English, but we are actively working to improve support for other languages.

Can I customize the BlueThread to better suit my communication style?

Yes! We offer customization options where you can provide more information about yourself, your situation and the people you are communicating with. This allows the AI to tailor its advice to match your unique communication needs and style, your organizational values, and more.

“In a complex, fast-paced world with pressure to shortcut thinking with over-simplifications and polarizing stereotypes, BlueThread empowers users to embrace complexity and nuance.”
